Hitchcock closes out the 60s

As the 1960s came to a close Hitchcock released Topaz. While it’s not on the top of favorite Hitchcock flicks for most movie fans Hitchcock was ending what was possibly his most financially successful decade and Topaz would be one of his costliest films. Even without a starring cast the director struggled to make a film he believed in. And even with the criticism the film does offer some masterful glimpses of true Hitchcock.
